Pre-ordering of prescriptions is possible in our practice. Please call us or write an e-mail with your prescription request, preferably when you want to pick up the prescription or whether it should be sent (sending is only possible if you leave us postage). In most cases, the prescription is ready the next working day.

Events

For your convenience, we run an ordering practice. This means that we can take enough time for you.

Consideration of your appointment calendar is a basic requirement for a smooth course of your treatment.

If you are unable to keep an appointment, we ask that you cancel it 24 hours in advance.
Please understand that we will charge a cancellation fee of €25.00 for missed appointments that have not been canceled 24 hours in advance in accordance with §615 BGB.
This is the only way we can remain flexible in the interest of all patients and avoid long waiting times for each individual.

acute consultation

We offer you an acute consultation from Monday to Friday from 7 a.m. to 8 a.m. For reasons of capacity, we ask you to be in front of the practice between 6.30 a.m. and 6.45 a.m. As a rule, our doctors do not manage more than 6 - 8 patients in an acute consultation.
